Trentino Residences apartments are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and check out is by 9:30 on the day of departure.

Upon arrival, guests of Trentino Residences are required to pay a €150 deposit along with any outstanding balance. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, following the return of keys and a staff inspection of the apartment.

In case of cancellation:

• Up to 4 days before arrival, cancellation is free of charge       
• For cancellations with less than 4 days' notice, the penalty is 30% of the amount due, recoverable as a deposit for stays to be used within one year 
• After arrival, in case of a departure earlier than the check-out date fixed at the time of booking, there is no reimbursement of unused nights
• Different conditions are in force in case of deposit payment. 

When confirming your booking, you can choose between two payment options:

1. Credit card as guarantee (Visa or Mastercard)

The card is required only as a guarantee of the booking.
Payment for the stay will be made directly at the property.
Upon arrival, the balance can be paid in cash, by debit card, cheque, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

2. Advance payment via PayPal

You can choose between two options:

• Full advance payment at the time of booking.
• Payment in 3 instalments:
  • The first instalment is charged immediately upon booking.
  • The remaining two are charged automatically one month apart.

The access hours, rules and procedures for using the common area services - such as the swimming pool, wellness centre, gym, games room and baby room - are determined by the management of each residence and may vary depending on the season and period.
