Residence Des Alpes consists of three small blocks 20 metres from Aparthotel Des Alpes, sharing all facilities with it. Its apartments can host from 5 to 7, making them ideal for family holidays and groups of ski enthousiasts. They all have independent access for maximun privacy.

Located in a quiet sunny position just outside Cavalese, a historic town and a top shopping destination in Val di Fiemme, Dolomites, Residence Des Alpes has all it takes to ensure your comfort after an exciting day on the ski slopes of Alpe Cermìs, Latemar Center, Passo Lavazé-Oclini, Alpe Lusia or Passo Rolle. A free skibus service operates in almost all periods (3-12/12 and 24/12-31/3) taking you most of them.

Val di Fiemme will host the Cross-country Skiing, Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined of the 2026 Winter Olympics, and Residence Aparthotel Des Alpes has been selected for hosting teams and press! We are honoured to annouce that athletes from around the world will enjoy our apartments and facilities.

Residence Des Alpes: renovations completed!

All three blocks have been fully renovated. We particularly recommend the new, panoramic three-room mansards for six guests and the three- and four-room apartments for 7, many of which now with two bathrooms!

Throughout the winter season, a daily programme for non-skiers (sleigh rides, walks, cultural and culinary experiences) with the FiemmE-Motion Card (included in the tourist tax), which also includes free transportation and discounts on the kindergartens on the pistes.
