Trentino Residences is a leader in self-catering accommodation in the Dolomite region.

Our philosophy is to offer accommodation in well-furnished, well-equipped apartments with the facilities and services usually associated with a high-quality hotel. It has turned out to be the basis of a true success story, with more and more visitors appreciating the combination of independence and comfort, enabling them to obtain top-quality accommodation at reasonable prices.

Families with children are particularly welcome, as are pet owners.

Our story

Trentino Residences has been the name for the Dolomites’ best self-catering accommodation for over 30 years.

Self-catering accommodation with all the comfort of a high-quality hotel: before Trentino Residences came along, this was something that the Fiemme and Fassa Valleys lacked.

Over time, we have continually invested in renovating our residences and in providing new services and ways to entertain our guests.

Our aim is to let our guests enjoy their experience in the Dolomites as fully as possible!

Important to know: Covid19 emergency measures

We look forward to re-opening all our residences for the winter season! Safety first will be our motto. A survey among our 2021 summer guests (more than 1250 respondents) reveals that more that over 96% of the families who chose Trentino Residences for their summer holidays were either satisfied or very satisfied as far as the adopted anti-COVID19 measures were concerned. The pandemic has made holidays in close contact with nature even more desirable - skiing, sliding, hiking in the snow help to relax and forget these difficult times.

Trentino Residences will pay special attention to disinfection and cleaning next winter. Please also notice that we may organize the access to some of our services on the basis of governmental protocols for tourist accommodations, and coherently with health conditions at local and national level.
